She also found our dream house and talked the sellers into excepting the purchase subject to are selling our home. I tried not to get excited as I understood it would be difficult to sell our home in the agreed-upon time frame, but she made it happen. The escrow was made so much easier as Aprile stayed right on top of everything and the escrow closed on time, in fact it closed early. We were in our new home before our expected time and able to enjoy the holidays there. I highly recommend Aprile for a stress free transaction and someone who has the knowledge of social media is a big plus.

Love Aprile. Very conscientious and friendly. She has helped us sell two houses and buy one. The first house was a loooong process, a cabin a four hour drive away. Aprile even went up there to do an open house! That’s dedication right there!
